This setting leaves the glass UNALTERED from the way it was found on the beach.
Sea glass from this beach in Seaham England were during the Victorian era slag and cullet glass was disposed of into local waters. These amazing pieces of sea glass like this multi now was ashore over 100 years later!
This is a LARGE thick and chunky piece of deep vivid aqua and has many inclusions and bubbles indicating it was untempered scrap glass. The inclusions may have been mold release used in bottle making.
A great sea glass pendant for any necklace. Comes with a free sterling PLATED chain (not shown) but other chains like the snake chain (pictured) are available as an upgrade. We recommend our 2MM sterling snake for this piece. An extra wide solid sterling bail will accommodate a chain of 10MM thick.
