What Happens Now?
Each piece of jewelry sold on this site is one-of-a-kind and your order will be pulled from stock for a final cleaning and polishing. Our jewelry will then be carded and packed for shipping.
Your item may not appear again online until it has been marked sold.

USPS Express Mail
Express Mail generally takes 1 day, but can take 2 days if shipping to rural areas.
Fed Ex Offers Overnight Options, 2nd Day, and Express Saver. Delivery time varies by option.
Please keep in mind that Fed Ex does not consider the weekend in their delivery times so, for example, an order shipped Overnight Fed Ex on Friday, will arrive on Monday NOT Saturday. You can contact us for Saturday delivery of Fed Ex but the pricing is very costly.
We do not ship Fed Ex on Saturday and Sunday (For Overnight Shipping on Fridays, use Express Mail (though this is not guaranteed to arrive unless extra fees are paid).
We usually ship the Same day or Next day so there is no need to Rush Ship but if you wish to CHANGE your shipping method, Please contact us to see if this option is available on your
Our Standard FREE SHIPPING is via Priority Mail.
During certain times of the year, we do offer shipping specials. For the general public, this discount amount will be reflected on the shipping page.
Free Shipping DOES NOT apply to repairs (past 30 days) or exchanges (anytime) or custom orders.
Free shipping DOES NOT apply to Canadian orders.
Though we seldom receive returns, we understand if the size or color of your sea glass piece does not meet your expectations.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

All sea glass jewelry pieces are guaranteed for workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase (glass breakage ,normal wear and tear, glass loss, chain breakage not included).
Free Plated Chains are not covered.
Returns for Exchange - Ready Made Orders are exchangeable for 30 days from the date of shipping. Return postage for an exchange is not included and will be charged to the original invoiced credit card number unless otherwise specified.
Returns for Refund - Credit Card Orders - Full Refund within 30 days of shipping date of jewelry - Refund of sales price (less shipping charges) to be applied to original credit card.
Custom Made Sea Glass Jewelry - Or jewelry altered to order specifications is not returnable but is exchangeable for 30 days and will be repaired at no charge if needed for 30 days.
Gift Returns/Exchanges - I will be more than happy to create a custom piece if you have ordered a Ready To Wear piece of jewelry as gift and are unsatisfied with the color, size, metal or style used. All other policies apply. Price differences are handled on a one on one basis.
Repairs - Repairs due to faulty workmanship will be promptly repaired and returned at no expense for 30 days - A return shipping label will be created and emailed to you for printing. (glass breakage ,normal wear and tear, sizing - NOT INCLUDED)
All other repairs, resizing and alterations to jewelry are $20 an hour minimum plus shipping and insurance. Free Chains are not warranted. Upgrade chains are replaceable for 30 days!
ALL RETURNS OR EXCHANGES - Items must be postmarked within times indicated above for return or exchange or repair.
Items returned after 30 days will issued a store credit. Items must be returned undamaged with the original undamaged packaging and copy of sales receipt. Please - Do not tape jewelry boxes as it will damage them for re-use, damaged boxes will result in a $3-10 depending on the type of box as a replacement fee.
RETURNS MUST be received within 15 days of Return Request!
You should expect to receive your refund within one week of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).
