Genuine cobalt blue sea glass originated as medicine bottles that date earlier than the mid 1960's. Newer blue glass does not have the intensity of the older glasses.
This piece may have been from a mid 20th century Noxzema or Vicks jar and has a visible line that mimics the curve of the glass.
Comes with a free gold plated rope chain but other other necklace options are available as an upgrade if you are in need of a quality chain for this pendant. The bail will accommodate a chain of 5MM wide.
