The sea glass is from a site in Seaham England where an Victorian handmade glass bottle manufacturer would toss glass art scraps over the cliff over 100 years ago.
Much of the sea glass from this region started out NOT as bottles and jars but HUGE lumps of slag or cullet glass tossed into the sea.
This attributes the thickness and frostiness of the sea glass.
