A perfect teardrop shaped super pure white piece of sea glass set in our Original Wire Bezel© necklace pendant setting.
This glass hails from a beach in England and is the result of a late 19th century glass industry in the Tyne & Wear region. Scrap glass and discards where washed out to the North Sea and now wash up on a local beach. The sea glass from this region tends to be VERY thick and round because it started out as huge hunks of glass. Most likely this was originally made during the early 1900's when the factories in the area turned to more utilitarian products like bottles.
This is a lovey round larger size pendant the bail will accommodate any chain 10 mm or under. This does come with a free sterling plated chain meant for presentation and carding only - other finer options are available.
This one glows almost like a moonstone!
This glass is UNALTERED from the way it was found on the beach.
