Many purple or pale lavenders are sun glass, which is glass that changes to shades of purple over time. This is the original color of the glass source and may have been destined to be a royal art glass piece. Purple was reserved for royalty and during many eras in England, and was not allowed to be owned by commoners. All these factors make this piece INCREDIBLY RARE!

This sea glass piece is from a small coastal town where Victorian era art and bottle glass manufacturer's tossed scraps into local waters and sea at the End Of The Day.

Though sea glass is still found on this beach, pieces this size and color are incredibly RARE (note total dimensions below).

This piece of Top Quality and is UNALTERED from the way it was found on the beach. The detail of the sea glass piece shows you just how frosted and well aged this one of a kind piece truly is. The telltale "C"'s to let you know it is REAL beach found sea glass.
