A Stunning Riptide Ruby Red Genuine English Sea Glass is set in our Original Wire Bezel© pendant setting.
This sea glass piece is from a small coastal town called Seaham England where an Victorian era glass manufacturers would toss these scraps into the rivers and sea at the End Of The Day. Though sea glass is still found on this beach, pieces this size and color are incredibly rare. Some of the FINEST sea glass in the world.
This piece of Top Quality sea glass is UNALTERED from the way it was found on the beach. The detail of the sea glass piece shows you just how frosted and well aged this one of a kind piece truly is.
Many of the Red Sea Glass Pieces from this town have this "Dent" or Embossing on them. It also seems to be a harder glass that most. More like a Jadeite or milk glass or modern pyrex. They could have been destined to be navigation lights (like red channel markers).
This is a stunning glowing red color that any sea glass lover would be proud to own.
The pendant comes with a free sterling plated chain and the bail will accommodate a chain of 8MM wide. If you are in need of a chain, we highly recommend one of our solid sterling snake chains (shown but not included) that is available in various lengths and thicknesses. Shown here on our 2MM Snake Chain. This piece is large enough to wear longer and over clothes, it will not get lost.
Comes with a deluxe presentation box perfect for gift giving!
