This setting is open open on the front and back leaves the glass UNALTERED from the way it was found on the beach. A Large Piece (see Product Details tab below for full measurements).
A close up macro shows you the telltale C's that let you know this in beach found naturally aged sea glass. Also seen is the small grain of sand wedged in the small crizzle. COOL!
Many Sea Glass pieces in this color started out as medicine and cosmetic bottles from the early to mid 20th Century. This old cobalt glass is MUCH more intense that newer blue bottles. This piece has subtle scoring on the front and a distinct ridge on the back indicating it was the bottom of a bottle or jar.
Comes with a free gold plated chain for presentation. If you are in need of a quality chain, I recommend a 18 inch snake chain for this pendant (Shown with pendant, NOT included and recommended as an upgrade in 2 lengths).
