Many cobalt sea glass pieces come from old bottles and jars like Phillips Milk Of Magnesia, Bromo, Vicks and Noxzema. This color has not been made commercial since the mid 1960's and is increasingly harder to find as every year passes. This piece has a distinct ridge on the backside that indicates is was the bottom of one of this old blue glass items.
