The piece originates from the bottom of a bottle or jar where the side met the bottom making it thicker on one edge. One side has the remains of the side of the bottle as well. Very thick so the color is intense.

The large solid sterling bail will accommodate a chain or collar of 8MM wide. This piece would also look great on an Omega or thick collar necklace.
