These beautiful sea glass pieces are the result of art glass scraps being discarded into the North Sea in England over 150 years ago. Colors were accidentally mixed together in the manufacture of decorative glass and the discards were tossed into the sea.
This picture does NOT do the piece justice. A subtle mixture of aqua blue and pink stripes in a sea of pale blue. A small crizzling in the glass does not mar the value but acutally accentuates the division of color in the glass and looks like dreamy waters.
