A top quality piece of lavender sun glass set in our Original Wire Bezel© sea glass pendant setting in sterling silver.
Lavender or purple sun glass was made during the WWI era and contained Manganese that turned the glass purple over time. This is one of our last and finest pieces from Maine and found on the private island of Betsy Wyeth.
An extreme close-up revealing the telltale crescent shapes formed by decades of wave action, confirming this piece is real sea glass.
This was an orphaned earring so an additional ring has been added at the top.
The time tested award winning bezel setting secures the sea glas without altering it.
Our pendants come with a free plated chain but this looks splendid on our snake chains which are available as an upgrade.
