A Beautiful PERFECT and LARGE piece with just a touch of color in this 4 color English Sea Glass from Seaham England set in our Original Wire Bezel© necklace pendant setting in Sterling Silver.

This sea glass is a by product of the art glass industry in England that now wash up on a small beach in the UK.We believe this sea glass pieces to be remnants of the Hartley and Wood Art Glass Studio factories in Sunderland England (a circa 1900 vase pictured here).  Broken pieces were discarded into the Wear River and these amazing historical remnants now wash up on a local beaches.

Pontils or Puntys are the rods used to gather and turn molten glass. These metal rods were generally tip in cheap uncolored glass and applied to the art glass being worked. Pictured is the pontil scar (where the piece was joined).

Colors in the sea glass piece magenta, cyan, blue and yellow all in a white base which makes a little color go a long way!

• This design and leaves the glass totally open and UNALTERED from the way it was found on the beach in England.
