This amazing sea glass piece is the remnants of art glass scraps that were discarded into local waters in England. Colors in this range date back to the late 18th century when many art glass houses produced wares in the Tyne and Wear Region. Stunning sea glass gems like this now wash ashore over 100 years later.
Ridged red pieces like this are found on this one beach and may have been failed attempts to make signal lights for channel markers and boats.
The piece COMES WITH an 18 inch Solid Sterling 2MM Snake Chain (a $60 value)
It comes in a deluxe presentation box perfect for gift giving.
