A Rich Royal Blue English Multi sea glass set for a necklace in our Original Sea Glass Bezel© in Solid Sterling Silver setting.
Originating as end of day art glass tossed into the sea and rolled around for over 100 years. Glass from this region tends to be the best in the world. Colors were mixed together and originated as Hartley Wood Streaky Glass made in Sunderland. Remnants of this amazing colorful art glass can now be found on the beaches of Seaham England (photo of antique Hartley and Wood vase is shown).
Though we consider this to be an Large size piece (11 /4 inch long - see full measurements in product details below) ,This is a JUMBO or XXL piece compared to size available on the market in the USA (average today considered large or X-large are the size of a dime).
The bail on the pendant will accommodate a chain of 10MM wide.
Comes with our free plated chain (not shown) but other options are available.
Shown here on our 2MM snake chain which is a good option for this piece.
