This unique piece is done in our iconic custom made Deluxe Wire Bezel© pendant setting and leaves both front and back open so the wearer can reach up and feel the lovely texture of this natural rare sea glass.
This was possibly a child's toy lost to the sea and is a fine example of some of the rarest sea glass in the world.
While there are several sea glass artists that have sea glass marble jewelry, none have onion skins set in a fine setting.
Onionskin marbles were once meticulously handmade on a alcohol lamp by glass workers. Internal stripes of white, blue and bright pink swirl inside this clear base. Set off center so you can truly enjoy the artistry of this rare sea glass marble. The point where the swirl originates from is also the pontil point.
Well frosted and totally unaltered from the way it was found on the beach.
A hard piece to give up as these are one of my fav finds.
