This design encloses the glass in solid sterling Bezel Wire and has a Solid Sterling cast Bail that will accommodate most chains.
This is a very LARGE perfect piece. .
Perfect TOP QUALITY sea glass in a setting that leaves both front and back open and leaves the glass unaltered from the way it was picked off the beach. The solid sterling fluted bail will accommodate a chain of 12MM wide. Would look great on an Omega chain or sterling collar. Later we intend to offer this piece of a gemstone necklace.
Seaham sea glass pieces like this may have started as huge lumps of slag or cullet glass discarded into the North Sea by an Victorian bottle manufacturer would toss scraps over the cliff. Over 100 years old.
