This is an unusual blue sea glass and predates cobalt. Possibly from the bottom of a late 1800's Phillips Milk Of Magnesia Bottle though other commercial products like Vicks, Noxema and Bromo used this color..
Carolina or Periwinkle Blue is MUCH rarer than the deeper cobalt blue.
