Unlike standard white glass or clear glass, milk glass has a dense, milky-white or ivory opacity created by adding opacifiers like tin oxide or feldspar during manufacturing. A great piece for any collector. 

This is a found sea glass piece, shaped only by tide and time from the beaches of Northern England. The small town of Seaham England is notorious for these amazing sea glass in colors seen nowhere else in the world. They are the result of art and bottle glass scraps being tossed into local waters and now wash up on this small seaside hamlets beaches.

This piece is LARGE and very tactile piece that is nicely flat with only a slight curve.

The Solid Sterling  bail will accommodate a chain of 10MM wide. The pendant comes with a sterling plated chain (not shown) but if you are in need of a quality chain for this piece, we recommend our 18 Inch snake chain available in 2 thicknesses.
