This sea glass piece is from a small coastal town called Seaham England where an Victorian era glass manufacturers would toss these scraps into the rivers and sea at the End Of The Day. Though sea glass is still found on this beach, pieces this size and color are incredibly rare.

Red glass is highly prized and is rare even today and true red sea glass requires gold to make the molten glass turn red, making it expensive to manufacture.

The pendant comes with a free sterling plated chain and the bail will accommodate a chain of 8MM wide (see full pendant measurements in Product Details Tab).
